Get answers to common questions about our custom sheds, garages, and building process.
Most custom sheds are completed within one to two weeks, while garages typically take two to four months (due to permits and regulations) depending on the size and complexity. We build everything on-site, which means less disruption to your property and a faster turnaround compared to other methods.
Custom shed pricing depends on the size, materials, and features you choose. Our sheds typically range from a few thousand dollars for a basic utility shed to significantly more for larger, fully customized structures. We provide free estimates so you can get an accurate price tailored to your specific needs.
Permit requirements vary by city and county in Utah. In most Southern Utah municipalities, structures over a certain square footage (typically 200sqf) require a building permit. We handle the permitting process for you and ensure your project meets all local building codes and regulations.
All of our structures come with a 5-year guarantee on warps and defects. We stand behind our craftsmanship and use high-quality materials to ensure your shed or garage lasts for years to come. If any issues arise within the warranty period, we will make it right.
Our process starts with a free consultation where we discuss your needs and vision. Next, we create a custom design and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we handle permits, prepare the site, and build your structure on-site from the ground up. We keep you informed every step of the way.
